Lentil-Almond Flatbread with Sesame Seeds & Thyme

As some of you know I have been on this diet for a while now.

No carbs off course and I do miss the occasional flatbread or cracker, so I decided to try to come up with my own no carb flatbread.

I used a mix of lentil and almond flour mixed with sesame seeds and dried thyme.

And off course Maldon salt on top.

It turned out amazing, I now have a no carb, gluten free flatbread that I can eat without any guilt.

Its super easy to bake, no rising, just mix, roll our and bake, all done in a few minutes.

And you can season it with different herbs and spices.
