One that is sweet, salty and a little sour.
This is the perfect treat for you then.
The sweet and sour goat cheese mixed with the crunchy radishes topped with salt is really delicious.
A perfect breakfast or lunch treat.
And so easy to make, more or less make itself (maybe not, but almost)
Makes 4 toasts
4 slices of good crusty bread
4 oz creamy goat cheese
8 radishes, really thinly sliced
salt and pepper
micro greens(if you have)
1.Drizzlethe bread with some oil and toast it golden in the oven or in a pan.
2.Spread with goat cheese and top with radishes.
3.Plate and add some salt, pepper, parsley and micro greens if you have.
4.Finish off with a small drizzle of olive oil.
