What's happening with him?

Well….I'm on a hard core diet these days with no alcohol, soda etc so flavored water is kinda my cocktail.

It's also proven that drinking lots of water helps you loose weight.And keep it off.

So I think this post is just a reminder to everyone out there loosing weight or not…DRINK ENOUGH WATER!

Flavor it with lime, lemons, oranges, herbs, cucumber etc.

Pour it into a pretty glass, add some ice and voila..you have a cocktail. (Well maybe not, but humor me)
