2 large fresh mozzarella balls, sliced
12 fresh basil leaves
12 oven roasted canned tomatoes (Get the recipe here.)
4 tablespoons pesto (you can use store bought)
- Layer mozzarella, basil, and tomatoes on plates.
- Top with some pesto.
If it’s hard to stack them, you can always place a wooden skewer in each.
