1 container of lump crab meat

2 spring onions,thinly sliced

1/2 small red onion, finely chopped

1 celery stalk, finely chopped

3 tablespoons mayonaise

2 tablespoons lemon juice

salt and pepper

pinch of red chili flakes

head of boston lettuce

  1. In a big bowl mix together crab, spring onions, onion, celery, mayo and lemon juice.
  2. Break up the lettuce and use it as "cups" to fill the salad in.

TIP:

Can also be used as filling in a baked potato or on top of a nice steak!
