Let's Make Crème Fraîche Icebox Cake! A super simple no bake dessert that's made extra special with the zing of crème fraîche!Serves 6You will need:3 tubs Vermont Creamery Crème Fraîchesugar to tasteabout 100 thin wafer cookiesberries and mint for garnish (optional)Turn out all three tubs of crème fraîche into the bowl of a stand mixer. Lightly whip on medium until the consistency is a bit fluffy and gorgeous. Sprinkle in a bit of sugar while the crème fraîche is whipping. Starting with the wafers, begin to alternate layers of wafers and crème fraîche. Repeat until you've used all of your ingredients, but be sure to end with a layer of wafers. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight so that the wafers absorb the moisture from the crème fraîche and your dessert gets a magical cake-like consistency! TIP:

Customize this cake by switching out the type of cookie and flavor you add to the crème fraîche!
