12 large scallops
curry powder to taste
1 tablespoon butter for frying
1 grapefruit in segments
1 avocado, in cubes
flaky sea salt
- Dust the scallops with curry powder.
- Heat the butter in a pan and fry the scallops 30 seconds on each side.
- Place on plates and add grapefruit and avocado.
- Finish off with some salt and crushed red peppercorns.
