Happy monday everyone. It was a cold weekend here in New York. I was wearing my kilt for Halloween and got really cold. Anyhow, today I want to share with you my curry lamb burger with olive relish. I love using lamb in my burgers, feel it has more taste and does not dry out that easy.
This one is great because it has a bit of a curry kick to it. I also love to use a brioche bun on my burgers.
