Use as decoration on cakes, cupcakes, or simply place in your tea!
- Preheat oven to 300ºF.
- Cut the pear into slices.
- Dip slices in lemon juice and then in sugar.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking tray and bake for 10 minutes. Then turn them over and bake for another 10.
- Allow to cool completely.
