  1. You just buy a whole brie or camembert. Make sure it's ripe, it should be kinda soft.
  2. Leave it out at least 4 hours before serving. This will soften the cheese and get all the flavors going.
  3. Put the cheese on a large platter and pour good quality honey over it.
  4. Add some sage leaves and a few figs. You can also use dried figs.
  5. Serve with crackers, bruschetta and some red wine.

TIP:

Lavender honey is really good.
