Garlic becomes sweet and tender when roasted, making it spreadable like butter.
Serves 4
You will need:
4 whole heads of garlic
olive oil
salt

- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cut the top off the garlic heads and place on a sheet of aluminum foil.
- Drizzle with a little oil and sprinkle with salt.
- Wrap the foil around the garlic heads, and bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
- Spread on crusty bread.
