This is a wonderful espresso cake with honey and nuts. It's really awesome and moist and tastes freshly baked even the day after. Enjoy!
Serves 8
You will need:
1 1/2 stick butter
3/4 light brown sugar
1 egg
1 cup plain flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup strong espresso
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup milk
3 oz unsalted nuts
5 tablespoon honey

- Preheat the oven to 320F.
- Beat butter and sugar fluffy.
- Add the egg and mix well.
- Add flour, baking powder, cinnamon, espresso and milk.
- Mix well and pour the batter into a greased round baking dish.
- Bake until firm, about 1 hour.
- Cool and serve with the nuts and honey on top.
