Ginger spices up this drink in a surprising way.

Serves 4

 

You will need:

 

6 oz gin

4 oz domaine de canton ginger liquer

2 cups ginger ale

2 limes, juiced

  1. Divide all ingredients between four highball glasses filled with ice and mix well.
  2. Garnish with additional lime wedge and candied ginger.

TIP:

You could substitute ginger syrup for the liqueur.
