I remember the first time I had quiche. It was late 80's and some fancy cafe had just opened up in Oslo. It was all black and white with chrome. And everyone there had big hair and was wearing spandex. Well, everyone but me. I was still in my penny loafers, ironed jeans and white shirts. Anyway, I went there with some friends after school one day and this one girl ordered quiche. It sounded cool so I ordered one as well. Oh my, I thought I had come to heaven. It was so good. And now when thinking about the place Im sure it was some frozen pre made crap. But back then....wow. Many quiches later, my favorite is now this one. Goat cheese, scallions and dill.
