A fabulous pear cocktail to ring in the autumn season!

1/2 oz pear juice
1/2 oz lemon juice
1 1/2 bourbon
1/2 oz St Elizabeths All Spice Dram
1/4 oz Giffards Vanille de Madagascar liqueur
2 dried star anise
- Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice and shake well.
- Pour into chilled coup glass.
- Garnish with anise stars.
Alternative method - in step one muddle 2 slices of pear in place of juicing!
