Purple and ruby flecks of dried hibiscus flowers dress up all kinds of sugars. Mix it up with different varieties for a range of flavors and colors. Use it for baking, sprinkling over morning pancakes and waffles, and decorating cocktail glasses.
Makes 2 cups
You will need:
1 cup dried hibiscus flowers
1 cup fine white sugar
1 cup dried hibiscus flowers
1 cup fine white sugar
- Mix the hibiscus flowers and sugar together and store in an airtight container.
