1 tablespoon BBQ spice mix
1 pineapple, cut into wedges, skin on
3 tablespoons honey
- Rub the spice mix into the pineapple and place on a warm grill.
- Leave for about 2 minutes on each side.
- Place on a platter and top with honey. Serve warm.
