So many of you asked for the recipes of the two flourless sweets. Anything for you guys! Here we go.

Makes 50


1 pound almond paste
1 pound confectioners sugar
1/3 light corn syrup
1/2 pound nougat

Use the same recipe for the hearts.
1. Cut them out with a heart shape cookie cutter. 2. Melt some dark chocolate and add a little on each heart. 3. Decorate with a sugar sprinkle and you are ready to go. 4. Enjoy!
  1. In a food processor, pulse almond paste and sugar until combined.Add syrup and pulse just a few times until you can se it holds together.
  2. Transfer to a work surface and knead until it forms a dough.
  3. Roll it out.
  4. Use corn starch as flour if it sticks.
  5. Press out small circles with a cookie cutter or a glass.
  6. Press the circles into a small cupcake tin.
  7. They will get the shape of small cups.
  8. Leave them in there for 10 minutes, thats long enough for them to hold the shape.
  9. Melt the nougat and fill it into the cups.
  10. Decorate with a little marzipan flour.
  11. Ready to eat!
