I love this cold crab soup. It's so flavorful and really easy to make. It's perfect when you're in the mood for something spicy! The avocado is DIVINE!

Growing up in Norway the only Mexican food I remember was some Taco kits that didn't really taste much. But of course moving to New York I quickly understood that Mexican food is more than Taco kits. It can be very elegant and simple, clean tastes and well prepared. I even started cooking some Mexican at home.
