Biscoff Spread (a.k.a. cookie butter) makes this milkshake out of this world good!

From Melissa: "I will be the first to admit that I am a total sucker for all thingsBiscoff. From frosting to cookies, it has won my heart over countless times. Recently I ventured out and created a recipe incorporating Biscoff into a milkshake. The results were pure bliss. The presentation was beautiful, and the creamy and crunchy textures were the perfect combination."

 

Makes 4 milkshakes.

You will need:

 

— 2 cups milk
— 1/2 cup Biscoff Spread
— 8 scoops of vanilla ice cream
— 4Biscoff Cookies (crushed and divided)

  1. Add the above ingredients, excluding half the amount of crushed Biscoff Cookies, into a blender.
  2. Blend well, serve with whipped cream, and sprinkle with remaining Biscoff Cookie crumbs.
