SERVES 4

You will need:
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon raw pepitas
1 tablespoon slivered almonds
2 tablespoons whole almonds
1 bunch of Swiss chard, cleaned
salt and pepper
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan
grated zest from 1/2 lemon
extra olive oil
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add pepitas, nuts, and Swiss chard.
  2. Sauté until the chard starts to wilt. Remove from heat before it gets mushy.
  3. Season with salt and pepper, and stir in Parmesan and lemon zest.
  4. Drizzle in a little more olive oil, and serve alone or as a topping for freshly cooked pasta.
