Makes about 20
28 oz can Muir Glen Fire Roasted Whole Tomatoes
10 garlic cloves
3 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper, to taste
fresh thyme, to taste
- Preheat oven to 300°F.
- Drain the tomatoes and cut them in half.
- Place them on a baking tray lined in parchment paper. Add garlic to the tray.
- Drizzle with oil and season with salt, pepper and thyme.
- Bake for about 1 hour or until they start to dry.
Can be kept in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
