Makes about 20

28 oz can Muir Glen Fire Roasted Whole Tomatoes

10 garlic cloves

3 tablespoons olive oil

salt and pepper, to taste

fresh thyme, to taste

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
  2. Drain the tomatoes and cut them in half.
  3. Place them on a baking tray lined in parchment paper. Add garlic to the tray.
  4. Drizzle with oil and season with salt, pepper and thyme.
  5. Bake for about 1 hour or until they start to dry.


Can be kept in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
