Makes 2 dozen

You will need:
1½ cups pecans, toasted
½ cup sugar
¼ cup water
sugar, for rolling
  1. Finely grind the pecans in a food processor.
  2. Bring sugar and water to a boil in a saucepan.
  3. Add the pecans and cook until it gets thick. This will take about 5–10 minutes.
  4. Transfer to a food processor and grind to a paste.
  5. Roll to walnut-size balls and roll in sugar.
