Makes 2 dozen
1½ cups pecans, toasted
½ cup sugar
¼ cup water
sugar, for rolling
- Finely grind the pecans in a food processor.
- Bring sugar and water to a boil in a saucepan.
- Add the pecans and cook until it gets thick. This will take about 5–10 minutes.
- Transfer to a food processor and grind to a paste.
- Roll to walnut-size balls and roll in sugar.
