Switch up your grilling repertoire by opting for lamb instead of beef when you're buying steaks! Tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned!

4 garlic cloves, minced
4 tablespoons butter, melted
1⁄2 lemon, juice and zest

1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
4 lamb steaks
- Whisk together onion, garlic, butter, lemon juice, zest, salt, and pepper into a small mixing bowl.
- Coat steaks with marinade in a large zip-top plastic bag or reusable container with lid. Marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
