A simple, quick and beautiful dessert that will leave your guests asking for more.
SERVES 4-6
½ fresh pineapple, peeled, cored, cut into chunks
3 cups thick Greek yogurt
toasted almond slivers
3 cups thick Greek yogurt
toasted almond slivers
- Place the pineapple in a food processor and purée.
- In a bowl, layer Greek yogurt and pineapple.
- Top with almonds, and serve.
