Sometimes we all forget how simple a good meal can be. Its all about the ingredients, right?

The salty ham mixes so well with the mild and sweet melon.

You will need:

High quality prosciutto

Ripe melon (I used cantaloupe)

  1. Slice up a ripe cantaloupe or honey-dew melon into wedges.
  2. Top each wedge off with lots of thinly sliced prosciutto.
  3. Serve with knives and forks to eat!

TIP:

This is best eaten with a knife and fork.
