Prosciutto & Melon
Recipe Monday
Sometimes we all forget how simple a good meal can be. Its all about the ingredients, right?
The salty ham mixes so well with the mild and sweet melon.
You will need:
High quality prosciutto
Ripe melon (I used cantaloupe)
1.Slice up a ripe cantaloupe or honey-dew melon into wedges. 2.Top each wedge off with lots of thinly sliced prosciutto. 3.Serve with knives and forks to eat! 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9. 10. 11. 12. 13. 14. 15. 16. 17. 18. 19. 20. 21. 22. 23. 24. 25.
TIP:
This is best eaten with a knife and fork.
