Untreated organic rose petals turn sea salt into a subtly flavored work of art.
You will need:
1/2 cup flaky sea salt like Maldon
dried petals from 5 organic & untreated roses
1/2 cup flaky sea salt like Maldon
dried petals from 5 organic & untreated roses
- Place the rose petals in a food processor and pulse until they are chopped well.
- Mix the salt and chopped petals in a bowl and allow to rest for 24 hours.
- Store in a salt cellar or ziplock bag.
