S'mores meets ice cream sundae. What could be better than that?
41⁄2 oz dark chocolate (Valrhona, Gran Couva 64%)
6 digestive biscuits or graham crackers
2 pints vanilla ice cream
- Break the chocolate into pieces and melt most of it on a low temperature in the skillet.
- Crumble the biscuits or graham crackers into the skillet and add the marshmallows.
- Sear the marshmallows carefully with a gas cooking torch.
- Serve with ice cream. Drizzle melted chocolate over the ice cream.
