S'mores meets ice cream sundae. What could be better than that?


Serves 4

You will need:
41⁄2 oz dark chocolate (Valrhona, Gran Couva 64%)
6 digestive biscuits or graham crackers
12 marshmallows
2 pints vanilla ice cream
  1. Break the chocolate into pieces and melt most of it on a low temperature in the skillet.
  2. Crumble the biscuits or graham crackers into the skillet and add the marshmallows.
  3. Sear the marshmallows carefully with a gas cooking torch.
  4. Serve with ice cream. Drizzle melted chocolate over the ice cream.
