My partner Anthony's favorite food is scallops.
Whenever I feel like cooking and ask him what he wants the answer is always the same.
"Honey, I want scallops".
I do enjoy them, but there is only so many scallops you can eat!
I always prepare them in the simplest way, grilled outside or in a grill pan, only 30 sec on each side.
If you serve with this dill oil I guarantee a great meal.
"Honey, your scallops are ready!"
