It's so easy to make egg salad with scrambled eggs!


I'm not giving exact amounts for this recipe, you can make the egg salad with the proportions that you prefer!

You will need:

Eggs

Mayo

Salt & Pepper

Green Onions (optional)

Thyme (optional)

  1. Scramble your eggs and allow them to cool a bit. Unless you want to eat the salad hot.
  2. Slice onions and thyme while your eggs cool.
  3. Add all ingredients to a bowl, including mayo, salt, and pepper to your taste.
  4. Mix well and serve!

TIP:

I love to eat this egg salad when it's still warm!
