These tortilla rolls are such a wonderful snack or light meal! The combination of smoked salmon, dill, and cream cheese is such a classic mix! Don't like salmon? Try it with roast beef or ham!

Serves 4

You will need:
4 soft tortillas
8 tablespoons cream cheese
8 large slices of smoked salmon, Norwegian of course
2 tablespoons chopped dill
2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
pepper
  1. Heat the tortillas in a frying pan on the stovetop.
  2. Spread them with cream cheese.
  3. Add salmon, dill, onion and pepper and roll tightly together.
  4. Cut into bite size pieces and serve.
