Makes 2 Cups
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1⁄2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1⁄2 lb smoked trout, skin & bones remove
1⁄2 teaspoon old bay seasoning
1⁄2 teaspoon ground black pepper
saltine crackers for serving
- Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Add smoked trout and mix until some chunks of fish still remain.
- Carefully stir in seasoning and pepper and serve immediately with crackers.
