Heaven from a shell!
I have been walking past these giant crab legs at my local fish dealer now for a year.
They never really seem that tempting to me, but the other day he gave me some to try out.
So what to make? Of course, spicy chili crab!
Serves 4
1 red chili, seeds removed
3 garlic cloves
1/2 lemon grass
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 crab legs, cut into pieces
juice of 1 lemon
salt
fresh cilantro
- Finely chop/mince together chili, garlic and lemon grass.
- Heat the oil in a large pan/wok and add the mixture, fry for 1 minute.
- Add the crab, fry until it's cooked through, add lemon juice and salt.
- Place on a platter and top with cilantro.
