Ginger, honey and hot chili sauce give these wings ZING!
20 large chicken wings
oil, for frying
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
juice from 1 lemon
3 tablespoons fish sauce
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons hot chili sauce
- Wash and then pat dry the wings.
- Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the wings a few at a time until golden, 5-6 minutes.
- In a bowl mix together the rest of the ingredients.
- Add wings to sauce and mix well.
