This is a really tasty bread that looks like a stone. It’s all vegan.

Makes 2 loaves

You will need:



3⁄4 cup almond flour

1 cup sesame seeds

1 cup flax seeds


3⁄4 cup hemp flour

2
1⁄2cups flax seed flour

1⁄4 cup chia protein powder

1 teaspoon dried yeast

1⁄4 teaspoon stevia
powder

1 tablespoon salt

3 cups warm water

3 tablespoons rice flour,
to cover the bread towel

  1. Mix all ingredients together and add water until you have a soft dough. Divide it in 2 and let the doughs proof for 12 hours.
  2. Knead the dough softly into the form you want, cover the round dough with rice flour, and lay it on a towel.
  3. Cut little slices in the bread; let the dough proof for another 12 hours.
  4. Preheat the oven to 450°F with a pizza stone on full temperature, add some rice flour, and bake the bread for 30–40 minutes. If you don’t have a stone, bake the bread on a baking tray for 30 minutes closed and another 10 minutes open.

TIP:

You get the best results by using a pizza stone but you can also bake it on a baking tray.
