A simple, fast, and delicious cross between a pizza and a tart.

2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
2 tablespoons honey
ice cream and honey, for serving
- Preheat oven to 420°F.
- Roll out the puff pastry to almost double its size, and place on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
- Add strawberries and drizzle with 2 tablespoons of honey.
- Bake until golden and crisp, about 18–20 minutes.
- Cut into slices, and serve with ice cream and honey.
