I love using quinoa for dessert. It’s so delicate and tastes wonderful with honey and fruit or berries.

SERVES 4

You will need:
11/2 cup quinoa
1 tablespoon sugar
fresh fruit and berries (I used plums and blueberries.)
honey
fresh mint
  1. Cook the quinoa according to the package instructions. Add the sugar to the water before cooking.
  2. Drain and cool. Use a fork to fluff the quinoa.
  3. Divide into bowls, and add fruit, berries, honey, and some fresh mint.
