I love using quinoa for dessert. It’s so delicate and tastes wonderful with honey and fruit or berries.
11/2 cup quinoa
1 tablespoon sugar
fresh fruit and berries (I used plums and blueberries.)
- Cook the quinoa according to the package instructions. Add the sugar to the water before cooking.
- Drain and cool. Use a fork to fluff the quinoa.
- Divide into bowls, and add fruit, berries, honey, and some fresh mint.
