A great way to spice up your honey. Wonderful on toast, in tea, or anything that needs something sweet and special!

Makes 1 Cup

1 cup plain honey

4 tablespoons chopped thyme

1 cinnamon stick


  1. Place all the ingredients in a pot and let sit for 5 minutes on low heat. Don't let it boil.
  2. Cool and let run though a strainer.
  3. Place in a jar.
