30 small heirloom tomatoes, cut in half
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 bunch small radish leaves
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons sherry vinegar
salt & pepper, to taste
- Place tomatoes, blueberries, and radish leaves on a platter.
- Drizzle with oil and vinegar and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
You can substitute other greens if you cannot easily find radish leaves.
