4 large heirloom tomatoes
20 small heirloom tomatoes
handful of arugula
1⁄2 cup fresh basil leaves
salt and pepper, to taste
white balsamic vinegar
- Cut the tomatoes into slices and wedges.
- Slice the strawberries.
- Place the arugula in a large bowl and top with tomatoes, strawberries, and basil.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper and drizzle with oil and balsamic.
