Back in the city after an amazing week in Maine. Ate a lot of great food, lobster rolls, crabs, fish, one of the best burgers ever at a place called Wild Willy. But after a week of heavy eating Im feeling simple salads. This is a great salad. Easy to make and the hot mustard dressing is a find. Also great on a piece of grilled chicken or white meaty fish.
