You can whip crème fraîche into a thick creamy topping. The taste is out of this world and is the perfect topping for fruit, berries, or your favorite pie!

You will need:

1 tub Vermont Creamery Vanilla Crème Fraîche

1 teaspoon sugar

pinch of ground cardamom

  1. Place the crème fraîche, sugar and cardamom in a stand mixer and beat until you get a whipped cream consistency. This goes fast so don't leave it, watch it as it goes. Will take from 45 seconds to 1 minute.
  2. Spoon generously over fresh fruit, berries, or your favorite pie!
