I love to shake my White Russian with ice rather than serve it on the rocks, and what can be better than a toasted marshmallow garnish?!

Makes 2

3 ounces Vodka, I love Stoli

1 1/2 ounce Kahlua or other coffee liquer

1 1/2 ounce heavy cream


2 marshmallows


  1. Pour all the liquid ingredients into a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously until everything is freezing cold.
  3. Toast two marshmallows over your burner or with a torch.
  4. Pour your drinks into martini glasses and garnish with the marshmallow.
