Yogurt with Warm Rosemary Berries and Maple Syrup


 

SERVES 4

You will need:
1 tablespoon butter
2 cups mixed berries (I used strawberries, blackberries and blueberries)
½ cup real maple syrup
2 sprigs rosemary
20 oz Greek yogurt
  1. Melt the butter in a pan and add the berries.
  2. Cook them for 2 minutes, add maple syrup and rosemary.
  3. Cook until everything is warm.
  4. Divide the yogurt in bowls and top with the berry mixture.
  5. Spoon some of the liquid into each bowl.
