  1. You need two wood dowels. Cut them into 5 segments, starting with a 8 inch one and the next get 2 inches longer each.
  2. Fold two yards of ribbon in half, then place the shortest dowel about 6 inches from the fold.
  3. Space the others 5 inches apart.
  4. Hot glue the dowels in place.
  5. Attach your cards with binder clips and hang.
