I use the "tomato water" squeezed out of fresh tomatoes for my bloody marys!
Serves 4
You will need:
20 ounces freshly squeezed tomato water. To achieve this, place 8 large ripe tomatoes in a bowl and squeeze the juice out of them. Sieve and discard most of the skin and seeds.
6 ounces vodka
6 ounces beef stock
4 ounces lemon juice
A few dashes Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon horseradish
1 teaspoon Tabasco
