As a kid when my mom asked me what kind of vegetables I wanted with dinner my answer was always the same, brussel sprouts. I know, I was a strange kid! Have loved them ever since. This is an amazing side dish full of flavors. Please try.
Serves 4
You will need:
1 lbs brussel sprouts, cut in half
3 tablespoon olive oil
4 tablespoons fish sauce
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes

- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Place the brussel sprouts in a large oven proof dish and drizzle with oil.
- Bake until al dente, about 12 minutes.
- Ta teem out and place in a bowl.
- Add the rest of the ingredients, mix well and serve.
