An easier summer dessert does not exist. Pineapple on the grill is just a delight, add honey... and wow.

I used a store-bought BBQ spice mix—something with spice and heat is great. Whatever you have.

Serves 6

You will need:

1 tablespoon BBQ spice mix
1 pineapple, cut into wedges, skin on
3 tablespoons honey
  1. Rub the spice mix into the pineapple and place on a warm grill.
  2. Leave for about 2 minutes on each side.
  3. Place on a platter and top with honey. Serve warm.
