I'm sure you have made this dish like hundreds of times, but it still is one of my favorite summer snacks. Simply cut up a honeydew or cantaloupe melon and place sliced prosciutto over them. It's so simple yet so good. The salty meat goes really well with the sweet melon. I think that's my favorite taste combination, salty and sweet. So I'm off to get a big melon and more prosciutto than I can afford.
