This side dish is so good! The crunch from the nuts and the sweetness from the Swiss chard make it irresistible.
SERVES 4
You will need:
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon raw pepitas
1 tablespoon slivered almonds
2 tablespoons whole almonds
1 bunch of Swiss chard, cleaned
salt and pepper
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan
grated zest from 1/2 lemon
extra olive oil
2 tablespoons olive oil

- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add pepitas, nuts, and Swiss chard.
- Sauté until the chard starts to wilt. Remove from heat before it gets mushy.
- Season with salt and pepper, and stir in Parmesan and lemon zest.
- Drizzle in a little more olive oil, and serve alone or as a topping for freshly cooked pasta.
